Apple Orange Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1/2 medium-sized orange, peeled and segmented
- 1/2 medium-sized green apple
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1 scoop vanilla powder
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions:
- Add the orange segments, chopped apple, almond milk, ice, whey protein powder, chia seeds, and ground cinnamon to a blender.
- Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass and serve immediately.
