Apple Orange Smoothie


  • 1/2 medium-sized orange, peeled and segmented
  • 1/2 medium-sized green apple
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 scoop vanilla powder
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon


  1. Add the orange segments, chopped apple, almond milk, ice, whey protein powder, chia seeds, and ground cinnamon to a blender.
  2. Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour the smoothie into a glass and serve immediately.
