Plum And Cucumber Juice


  • 2 cups fresh plums, pitted and chopped
  • 1 large cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • 2 cups water


  1. In a blender, combine the chopped plums and cucumber with 1 cup of water.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and well combined.
  3. Add the remaining cup of water and blend again.
  4. If the juice is too thick, you can add more water until you reach your desired consistency.
  5. Pour the juice through a strainer to remove any pulp or seeds.
  6. Serve the juice chilled, garnished with fresh mint or a slice of cucumber.
