Healthy Brownies

Instructions:

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½  tsp salt
  • 1/3  cup butter
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 eggs
  • ½  cup erythritol
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips

 DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Grease an 8-inch pan with butter.
  3. In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients except for chocolate chips and mix well.
  4. Once all ingredients have been combined, fold in chocolate chips in batches.
  5. Pour mixture into greased pan, smooth over evenly.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes on the center rack.
  7. Let cool completely to allow the brownies to firm up.
