Plum And Cucumber Juice
Ingredients:
- 2 cups fresh plums, pitted and chopped
- 1 large cucumber, peeled and chopped
- 2 cups water
Instructions:
- In a blender, combine the chopped plums and cucumber with 1 cup of water.
- Blend on high until smooth and well combined.
- Add the remaining cup of water and blend again.
- If the juice is too thick, you can add more water until you reach your desired consistency.
- Pour the juice through a strainer to remove any pulp or seeds.
- Serve the juice chilled, garnished with fresh mint or a slice of cucumber.
