Almond Jaggery Biscuits

Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup jiggery powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond flour, jiggery powder, salt, and baking soda.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
- Roll the dough into small balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between them.
- Press down on each ball with a fork to flatten it slightly.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Allow the biscuits to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
